She has served in various leadership roles\, including palliative care director\, regional manager\, and regional director of palliative care. As a strong believer in quality care at the end of life\, Ms. Hooper consistently advocates for her patients and families to achieve their goals. These experiences led her to accept the role of Chief Clinical officer for Four Seasons this year. \nHarvey Nix\, PA-C\, MPAS\nDirector of Hospital Palliative Care\, Four Seasons \nHarvey joined the Four Seasons team in 2008 as a mid-level practitioner in the Palliative Care Group. Harvey is a Fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants. His personal experience- as a cancer survivor and his mother dying from ALS influenced his desire to seek a position to assist patients dealing with life-limiting illness. \nStephen Mantzouris MSN\, FNP-C\, RN\, ACHPN\nAPP Clinical Supervisor\, Transitions LifeCare \nStephen is a Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has Advance Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Certification. He is a Navy Veteran and was a Naval Nurse for many years. Stephen clinically supervises all Advanced Practice Providers for Transitions Life care- including Inpatient Palliative Care\, Outpatient Palliative Care and Hospice.
