Predictive analytics in healthcare uses historical data to make predictions about the future, thereby personalizing care options for individuals. A person’s past medical history, demographic information and behaviors can be used in conjunction with a provider’s expertise and experience to predict the future. 

With advanced analytics built on emerging technologies, healthcare providers can securely connect and collaborate with multiple disciplines within the care team to provide appropriate and timely services to their shared patient population while meeting the requirements of value-based care.
